(teddyfoxfluff: the translations are summaries of each doc rather than the exact wording, which is closer to “in response to inquiries about xxx, our department did not create any such artifacts”.)

7. MCT (Issued 2021-12-14)

CAPA is an industry organization under the jurisdiction of the MCT; the MCT has not issued any written or verbal artifacts requesting CAPA to classify Zhang ZheHan as a problematic artist, to initiate an industry boycott, including asking platforms to close his accounts, to take down his works, to disallow publicity, to censor his name, his film content, his music, his voice, or media from content-creators, to disallow posting of any positive content about Zhang or his family, to disallow Zhang’s family’s legally established business to promote content online, to only allow slander and rumors against Zhang and family, or to disallow clarifications against rumors.

10. NRTA (Issued 2022-01-20)

Seven questions were posed:

  1. Did NRTA authorize CAPA to create lists of problematic artists, up to the current ninth list?
  2. Did CAPA submit its lists of artists to NRTA for review?
  3. Can CAPA bypass NRTA and industry regulations to coordinate with platforms to perform industry boycott of artists?
  4. Did NRTA produce any articles classifying Zhang as a problematic artist?
  5. Did NRTA ask CAPA President Zhu Kening to spread word that Zhang Zhehan is a problematic artist?
  6. Did NRTA ask CAPA to produce any articles asking for the industry boycott of Zhang ZheHan, including asking platforms to close his accounts, to take down his works, to disallow publicity, to censor his name, his film content, his music, his voice, or media from content-creators?
  7. Did NRTA request all media platforms, search platforms, and shopping platforms to disallow Zhang’s family’s legally established business to promote content online, to only allow slander and rumors against Zhang and family, or to disallow clarifications against rumors?

Questions 1,2,3,5,6: The NRTA cannot make public the information requested. As a reminder, CAPA is under the jurisdiction of the MCT, not the NRTA.

Questions 4,7: NRTA did not create any such articles.
